Blue Plan: comprehensive search & selection Service

The Blue Plan is designed to provide a fully managed search solution, ensuring you receive qualified and interview-ready candidates for your hiring needs.

Transparent Pricing Plans for Every Hiring Need

Service Fee: £500

Covers vacancy registration and administrative costs.

A dedicated Hire Hub Scout will manage the entire search, selection, and qualification process.

They will create a detailed job description after gathering all necessary details about your vacancy.

The Scout will contact selected candidates, conduct comprehensive interviews focused on Client requirements, and shortlist the most interested individuals.

We follow up with all candidates to ensure no potential talent is missed.

You will receive the Hub Matrix (TMC) – a detailed summary of each candidate’s responses, helping you make informed hiring decisions faster.

Search Fee: £250

A Hire Hub Talent Scout will use their expertise to monitor and manage the search process. 

They will ensure a structured and strategic approach to identifying top talent.

The search criteria will be customised to your specific recruitment needs.

Success Fee: £250

  • Payable upon successfully receiving matched candidate CVs.

TOTAL BLUE PLAN FEE

  • Without additional services = £1,000
  • With additional services (based on 3 candidates) = £1,450

Additional services (Optional)

  • Interview Arrangement (£50 per candidate) – We coordinate interviews, confirm attendance, and keep the process smooth.
  • Interview Follow-up (£50 per candidate) – We obtain post-interview feedback from candidates and provide insights via email.
  • Offer Management (£50 per candidate) – We manage job offers, negotiate as needed, and arrange start dates.

Note: This does not include sending offer letters or employment contracts.

Important notes:

  • Full payment is required before search commencement.
  • Rebates are issued on the last Friday of every calendar month.
  • All prices exclude VAT, which will be applied at the prevailing UK rate.
