You pay for a search facility.  All C.V’s for candidates picked for you via the search process will be passed to you.

There are no further charges if you offer more than one Candidate a job role with your company.

The Hire Hub ensures a completely objective reporting process by providing a spreadsheet-based comparison. This comparison presents all candidates’ responses in a “like-for-like” format, enabling you to compare their qualifications and answers side by side. This approach eliminates any potential bias based on ethnicity, skin colour, background, or other personal factors, allowing for a fair and impartial hiring decision.

If The Hire Hub fails to find Candidates who meet your job specification, then you will be rebated the fee you have paid, minus the cost of the search.

Unfortunately, The Hire Hub does not allow job seekers to upload their CVs directly to our site. Our platform is designed to facilitate recruitment for businesses, ensuring that they can identify and select the best candidates through our tailored process.
